Mr. Henrichs has been a practicing lawyer since 1989. Mr. Henrichs has first-chaired over 100 bench and jury trials and handled over 250 arbitrations and mediations, which makes him extremely efficient and effective.
Mr. Henrichs is rated as an “AV” attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review process that rates lawyers. Ratings reflect the confidential opinion of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Ratings fall into two categories – legal ability and general ethical standards. Legal Ability Ratings are: C – Good to High; B – High to Very High; and A – Very High to Preeminent. There is one general ethical rating – “V” or “very high” – and an attorney must receive it in order to be rated.
Mr. Henrichs received his law degree from Oklahoma City University where he was awarded dual degrees in law and a Master of Business Administration (cum laude). He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma where he was an honor student. During law school, he served as the Law Review Notes and Comments Editor and also was awarded the Top Student American Jurisprudence Awards for Contracts, Real Property and Consumer Law.
Mr. Henrichs was on the Governing Board of Directors of Monterey Park Hospital from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association of Los Angeles (MABA) and served on its Board of Trustees from 1993 to 1995. His volunteer work with MABA involved the Community Outreach Committee and organizing various fund raising events. He was a member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, where he received an Outstanding Contribution Award for his volunteer efforts in the 1995-1996 Give-A-Day-2-LA program. Additionally, he was on the Executive Board of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, where he organized the Destination MBA program. His professional activities include providing pro bono consumer law litigation work for indigent individuals through Public Counsel.
He is admitted to practice in all of the trial and appellate courts of California and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern District of California.
Stephanie M. Levy, Esq. State Bar # 198764
Ms. Levy has been a practicing lawyer since 1998. Ms. Levy received her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles. Ms. Levy’s practice concentrates on civil litigation, collections, personal injury, business disputes, and employment and insurance matters. She also has experience in handling claim and delivery, subrogation, bankruptcy, and unlawful detainer actions. Ms. Levy is admitted to practice in all trial courts in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
